Drug Free Workplace & Safety Procedures: In order to provide a safe and healthful work environment, Lambert Bros., Inc. has established safety rules and maintains a drug-free workplace. All potential candidates are tested for drugs and alcohol prior to being hired. Consent to random drug/alcohol testing and testing after an incident/accident is mandatory. The Safety Program consists of education, written rules/safety procedures, incident reporting, personal protective gear, fall protection, equipment safety, etc., as well as compliance with all federal, state and local statutes. Additionally, we hold weekly management meetings which include discussions and solutions regarding any potential safety and/or health issues on our current and upcoming projects.
